I’ll be going over various Yoga classes I’ve tried and giving my review. I created this site because I love Yoga, and decided to share my experience and findings with online yoga classes to help you figure out which will be best for you.

As for me, I’m Sandy and I have practiced and taught Yoga for a while now, over 10 years. Now this sounds like a date lol.
Anyways, I guess that reference could be fitting since I could talk about Yoga with almost anybody. Maybe you can relate.
As a Yogi, I’m the type of person who likes attending daily classes with other people, and I enjoy it that way. It’s what keep me going and if it ain’t broke, why fix it, right?
That brings me to online yoga classes…
I suddenly had some family problems at home and couldn’t find the time to attend classes. I really missed attending them, so I went online to see what kind of online classes I could find.
